Our Process
Our process usually takes us from hand sketches or even rough scribbles straight to 3D representations. This way we can explore every aspect of the design from an early stage. Working in the digital 3D environment allows us to understand the interplay of parts and moving mechanisms. It also allows us to access downstream processes like rapid prototyping to get spatial models accurately and quickly. This way of working also makes communicating our ideas with our clients much easier.
The fact that we have many years experience in making parts using a variety of processes allows us embark on Designing For Manufacture from the first sketch. We have the skills and resources to confidently embark on challenging and technically demanding projects. Our design engineers can help you develop prototypes, create technical documentation, as well as finished product.
